1. Information Momby collects

Momby collects information you actively provide (such as your due date, your baby's age, and the things you care about) and data about how you use the app, in order to personalize your experience.

2. How Momby uses information

Information is used to personalize the experience for you: timely reminders, suggestions suited to your baby's stage, and improvements to the service. We do not use your data to bother you.

3. Momby does not sell personal data

Momby commits never to sell your family's personal data to any third party.

4. When Momby shares information

Momby only shares information when truly necessary: with service providers that support our operations (under confidentiality agreements), or when required by law. Any sharing is limited to the minimum necessary.

Information about your baby is provided and managed by you, the parent, for the purpose of care and companionship. Momby handles this data with particular care.

Momby retains data for as long as necessary to serve you and to comply with legal requirements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.
